We have a limited room block at the Hyatt Place Charlottesville, located in the Shops at Stonefield complex. Book by 08.04.2026.
Note that our shuttle will pick up and drop off from this hotel! There are plenty of nearby hotels close to Hyatt Place if you prefer to stay elsewhere - just be sure to make your way over to Hyatt Place for shuttle service.

We will offer two return shuttles to Hyatt Place Charlottesville:
10:30PM "Early Bird" Shuttle
12:00AM Final Call Shuttle
Uber / Lyft / Driving
Please note that Ubers/Lyfts will be challenging to call late in the evening from Early Mountain. We highly recommend hopping on our provided shuttles instead!
You may also drive yourself - The venue has ample parking, and you're welcome to leave your vehicle overnight if you'd like to shuttle back to Charlottesville.

WHERE IS THE WEDDING?
Both the Ceremony and Reception will be held at Early Mountain Vineyards in Madison, VA.

Please note that the venue is ~30 mins outside of Charlottesville, and ~25 mins from Culpeper.
WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE?
Please arrive between 6:00PM - 6:15PM to be seated. The ceremony will begin promptly at 6:30. Don't be tardy to the party~
HOW LONG IS THE EVENT?
Guests may arrive at Early Mountain Vineyards at 6PM.
The Ceremony will begin promptly at 6:30PM
Cocktail hour will begin at 7PM
Dinner will be served at 8PM
Dancing till midnight!
WHEN DOES THE SHUTTLE PICKUP/RETURN?
Our shuttle will pick up at Hyatt Place Charlottesville parking lot, leaving the parking lot at 5:15PM. Please be there there early to make sure you don't miss it!
Shuttles will make an early bird return at 10:30PM, and final return at midnight.
ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED?
We respectfully request an adults-only celebration. While we love your little ones, we are unable to invite children to our accomodate them due to the intimate size of our wedding.
IS THERE A DRESS CODE?
Please dress in formal attire.
Guys: Suits & ties, please.
Ladies: The ceremony is outside (weather permitting!), so be prepared for grass! And don't wear white unless you want Early Mountain's incredible red wine "accidentally" spilled on you ;)
WHERE CAN I STAY?
Early Mountain Vineyards is ~30 minutes outside of Charlottesville. We have a room block at Hyatt Place Charlottesville, which is where our shuttles will pick up and drop off. You're also welcome to book your own accommodations in the surrounding areas - there are lots of hotels and Airbnb's in and around Cville and Culpeper!
IS THERE PARKING AT THE VENUE?
Yes. Early Mountain Vineyard has ample parking. We also will be offering a shuttle service to and from Hyatt Place Charlottesville, and you're also welcome to leave your car overnight, so long as you retrieve it by the following afternoon.
